DESCRIPTION:The City of Joondalup hosts a monthly dementia support cafe in partnership with Forget-Me-Not. \nThe cafe is for those living with memory loss\, their carers and loved ones\, and aims to provide a supportive social network in a friendly and relaxed environment. \nRegister by calling 9400 4790. \nAll Joondalup Libraries also carry a selection of memory kits available for loan\, which can be used to help you reconnect with loves ones who are living withg dementia. Each kit is thoughtfully curated with items that encourage conversation and engagement\, and there are five themes to choose from.
