DESCRIPTION:Rise and Shine at Hoskin Park to join your community and improve your wellbeing this Mother’s Day! \nDrop into mindful crafting workshops\, accessible yoga sessions\, food trucks\, henna art and more for an enjoyable morning with your neighbours. \nAs there will be limited parking opportunities\, we encourage those attending to walk or ride your bike to this event. \nThese yoga sessions are catered to all ages and abilities. \n• 9:30am to 10:15am | Beginner Yoga\n• 10:30am to 11:15am | Beginner Yoga \nWe encourage participants to arrive at the beginning of each yoga session to maximise the quality of their experience. \nBYO yoga mats\, yoga blocks will be provided. \nRegistrations are encouraged to help us better plan this event for the community.
