You’ll also develop skills to have conversations with the people most important to you about your end-of-life plans. \nThis workshop covers three key areas: \n\nThe paperwork party – what legal documents and directives are wise to have\nGet to know who is who in your end of life zoo and why we need each other\nContemplate an epic finale party – choose your own adventure style.\n\nThis is week one of a four week series exploring all aspects of end-of-life. \nThe other sessions are as follows:\nSaturday\, June 6: Befriending Grief and Loss\nSaturday\, June 13: End of Life Matters\nSaturday\, June 20: Choosing Your Legacy \nPlease book in as spaces are limited.\nThis program is suitable for adults\, aged 18+ and is a hands-on workshop. We recommend if possible that you attend all four\, but any is better than none. \nThis  workshop will gently touch on types of grief\, strategies to manage our own grief\, and tips on how we can support others on their grieving journey. \nGrief is a necessary and natural part of life\, and isn’t just reserved for bereavement when someone dies. We can grieve many things\, many times over. Grief is something we all go through\, and can grow through\, when we get to know it a bit better. \nThis is week 2 of a 4 week series exploring all aspects of end-of-life. \nThe other sessions are as follows:\n13th June: End of Life Matters\n20th June: Choosing Your Legacy \nPlease book in as spaces are limited.\nThis program is suitable for adults\, aged 18+ and is a hands-on workshop. Before creating an Advance Health Directive (AHD)\, it is important to have a good understanding of what advance healthcare planning is and what is involved in the planning process. This is a death and grief literacy skill building series where each workshop is connected. We recommend if possible that you attend all four\, but any is better than none. \nChoosing your legacy:\nEven when we expect death\, it can still come as a rude shock and more often than not\, we are grossly under-prepared. While alive and well\, we can create something to ease the pain and perhaps even entertain those we leave behind. \nErin will guide you through the practical and personal aspects of creating your unique legacy box. Combing the knowledge from the three previous workshops\, your legacy box will be a combination of important paperwork and personal keepsakes to reflect your life and final wishes. \nThis is week four of a four week series exploring all aspects of end-of-life. \nPlease book in as spaces are limited.  \nThis program is suitable for adults\, aged 18+ and is a hands-on workshop.
