Suitable for: People diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment.\n\n\nDementia Australia is now offering a free group program for people with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). \nWhat the program offers: \n\ninformation about MCI and its symptoms\npractical tips to manage changes associated with MCI\nways to improve brain health and minimize the risk of developing dementia\ninformation about services available to help you live well with MCI\nways to maintain independence and make the most of daily activities\nthe opportunity to connect with other people living with MCI.\n\nThis program runs over five weekly sessions\, each session is 2.5 hours: \n\nFriday 6 February 2026\, from 10am to 12:30pm\nFriday 13 February 2026\, from 10am to 12:30pm\nFriday 20 February 2026\, from 10am to 12:30pm\nFriday 27 February 2026\, from 10am to 12:30pm\nFriday 6 March 2026\, from 10am to 12:30pm\n\nSuitable for: People diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment. This program is not suitable for professionals employed in the health or aged care sectors. \nDementia Australia’s facilitators have specialist dementia knowledge\, skills and experience. This program is delivered interactively\, in small groups (maximum 10 people).
