The fresh morning air\, the gentle sounds of the lake\, the soft light of dawn breaking across the water\, the supportive energy of fellow early risers\, it all combines into an experience that feeds your soul as much as your body.  \n  \nEach hour-long class blends gentle stretches\, mindful movement and guided breathing\, flowing into a peaceful meditation. You’ll leave feeling refreshed\, grounded and ready for the day ahead.  \n  \nJoin a single session or make it your Sunday ritual throughout March. All you need is your yoga mat or towel and your water bottle. \n  \nSuitable for all ages and fitness levels.
