If you enjoy BBQing then this is the workshop for you. Learn how to choose the right BBQ for you, how to maintain it and all the information you will need to make every barbeque a success.
Ross Yarranton who is an experienced, qualified gas technician specialising in barbeque maintenance and cooking, along with being a professional BBQ chef and author, will be sharing his extensive knowledge and expertise with attendees. Ross runs a successful barbeque servicing and repair company and also conducts private barbeque cookery classes.
Ross is the author of Drongo’s Guide to BBQ Mastery and has co-written British & Australian BBQ Secrets with Ben Bartlett who is a Masterchef of Great Britain and Embassador for Love British Food.
Join Ross at Clarkson Library as he promises to deliver an informative, fun and lighthearted master class in all things BBQ.
