Community Connection Campfire: A warm place to come back to [Online]
November 21 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
**Are you on a connection journey? You might be…**
👋 Starting to connect with new people
🤗 Working on forming more meaningful friendships
💬 Bringing others together in your community
We know that going on any kind of journey can be tiring! Sometimes, we just need a cosy, informal shelter where you can kick your hiking boots off, make a cuppa and chat around the campfire with fellow travellers.
**We invite you to join your fellow connection travellers to:**
* Share stories and pick up some tips and tricks
* Reflect and celebrate the steps you are taking
* Plan a next step on your journey
Whether you’re bringing people together, or looking to get more connected in your community, you are welcome!
**This is perfect for you if you are:**
* Intentionally pursuing friendship and connection
* Looking to learn from others, just like you, about connection or bringing people together in community
* Have attended any of our other community experiences and want to stay connected with some like minded folk
* Seeking a little momentum and support to keep going on your connection journey
**What to expect:**
* Some structured conversation prompts and activity + reflection time (60 mins)
* Chatting with others and sharing your experiences (if you are comfortable)
* Informal Q+A (last 30 mins)
**What to bring:**
* Yourself, as you are
* A pen and some paper to write on
* An open heart and open mind
**This is a new style of experience for us and we appreciate your feedback at the end of the session so that we can continue to grow these offerings to reach more people!**
**If you have any questions or requests for how this can be comfortable for you, message me on Meetup or email [zena@befriend.org.au](mailto:zena@befriend.org.au).**
