Free Tai Chi and Qigong – 4 week program at The Rise
June 7 @ 9:30 am - June 28 @ 10:30 am

Learn the art of this ancient Chinese practice led by a qualified Tai Chi and Qigong instructor.
Sessions are easy to follow and suitable for all levels, so don’t be shy if you have never done Tai Chi or Qigong before!
Where: The Rise, 28 Eighth Avenue, Maylands.
When: Every Tuesday from 9.30am – 10.30am for four weeks.

If you have a yoga mat please bring, otherwise the City will gift you a yoga mat to keep.
Please wear comfortable clothing.
Exercises can be adjusted for those with knee or back issues, with exercises performed on a chair in a seated position.
REGISTRATIONS ESSENTIAL.
This program is limited to 50 registrations, if you can no longer attend please cancel your ticket or contact Deanne at environmental.health@bayswater.wa.gov.au so that other residents can attend.
Due to the evolving nature of the COVID-19 pandemic these dates may need to be cancelled at short notice depending on direction from the State Government.
IMPORTANT COVID-19 MEASURES:
- A contact register of attendees will be maintained on the day.
- Please keep a safe physical distance of 1.5 metres from others, where possible.
- Please do not attend if you are unwell with cold or flu like symptoms or have been in close contact with someone who has COVID-19.
- Please follow any other instructions from City of Bayswater staff on the day.
