This workshop provides a welcoming and respectful environment to explore thee important topics\, learn about available options\, and consider how planning ahead can support both ourselves and those we care about. \nThrough a guided and interactive exercise\, participants will reflect on their personal experiences of loss\, change and grief. Using storytelling and a life timeline activity\, attendees will explore key life stages and consider how these experiences have influenced their values\, perspectives and understanding of life’s journey. \nThis session is designed to encourage thoughtful conversation\, personal reflection and greater confidence in discussing end- of- life maters. \nThis workshop will continue the conversations on the following topics: \n\n\nPlanning ahead: important documents and decisions \n\n\nLiving with a terminal illness \n\n\nPlanning for death at home \n\n\nReflective end of life planning \n\n\nFuneral and memorial choices \n\n\nPlease note\, this is a small workshop with a maximum of 25 people attending.
