DESCRIPTION:The one-hour sessions will involve 40 – 45 minutes of exercise\, including warm up and cool down phases. The remaining time will be dedicated to sharing fitness information\, questions and discussion. \nYou will build strength and improve mobility in these enjoyable outdoor sessions.
