DESCRIPTION:The one-hour sessions will involve 40 – 45 minutes of exercise\, including warm up and cool down phases. The remaining time will be dedicated to sharing fitness information\, questions and discussion. \nYou will build strength and improve mobility in these enjoyable outdoor sessions. Strength exercises will mainly involve standing and seated posture using equipment such as resistance bands and dumbbells. We’ll get in some ‘huff and puff’ activities to improve your fitness with a combination of brisk walking and whole-body movements. \nRegistrations for the entire 10 week program are essential.
