Sound bath at Old Midland Courthouse

Come along and experience some peace and calm during the silly season. Let Dimensional Sound Therapy help you relax for an hour and reset.
Please note that this program is suitable for adults aged 18+, and is a sound bath event. Photographs and videos may be taken of the event.
Dianne Cressey from Dimensional Sound Therapy will provide you with a relaxing sound bath, as she masterfully plays various instruments to sooth and calm your soul.
Take this opportunity to gift yourself an hour of peace and quiet, to let the sound wash over your body and rest your mind.
Please also bring Water Bottle, Mats, blankets, pillows, and/or an eye pillow for comfort.
