Join us for these FREE nutrition workshops centred around how you can take charge of your health with good nutrition!
This Weeks Workshop:
Over 2500 years ago Hippocrates said ‘all disease begins in the gut’. Recent scientific understanding of the role our gut, and the microbes that reside there, play in our health is backing this up. During this presentation we will talk about the best dietary and lifestyle practices to support optimal health in the digestive tract.
Each workshop we will cover a different topic so please feel free to join us for all 4 topics, or pick and choose the weeks that interest you.
Sessions are delivered by qualified, local nutritionist, Carrie Reedy. Carrie takes a Functional Nutrition approach to healthcare to identify and address the underlying imbalances in the body which often contribute to the signs and symptoms of dysfunction.
