*Please note this session is NOT open to ‘children/family only’ photos.

This is a free event, but bookings are essential to ensure a hassle-free experience (One ticket per family).
Bookings will be run in 30 minute blocks to best manage the dogs arriving and departing the centre.

Feel free to bring your pet dressed in their favourite Christmas outfit. Family members are also able to be in the photos with your pet should you wish to.
This is always such a fun day that produces fantastic images so bring along those fur babies to strike a pose with Santa.

- You will receive a registered booking ticket with a return email. You must bring this with you on the day.
- Owner/s must be responsible for their pet/s at all times.
- Pets must be well groomed and clean.
- Owner/s must bring waste disposal bags for their pet’s use if required. Please note that waste is prohibited from being placed in bins inside the centre.
- In the event that any animal exhibits aggressive behaviours, we will ask that they be removed from the centre.
- Owner/s must arrive 5 minutes before their session time and wait in the cue with other ticket holders.
- Pets must be brought to the centre on a lead or in a cage.
- No farm animals allowed & pets are not allowed in individual stores.
- Pets are not allowed in the retail stores or within the centre at all either before or after your session time.
- Pets welcome on the day are cats and dogs only.
- Centre management may, at its discretion, remove any animals from the centre.
