Mind Lounge | Step into Salsa
Join us for a vibrant evening of salsa and cultural celebration.
Discover the rhythm, energy, and joy of salsa in this beginner-friendly workshop designed to help you take your first steps in a safe and welcoming environment.
Whether you’re completely new to dance or looking to refresh the basics, this session is a great way to connect with music, movement, and community.
Alongside learning foundational salsa steps, you’ll also experience a short live performance by Bembé Latin Dance.
What to Expect:
- A live performance by Bembé Latin Dance
- A beginner-friendly salsa workshop in a safe and welcoming environment
- An introduction to salsa steps and movement
- Light refreshments and sandwiches will be provided
About the facilitator
Bembé is a Perth-based salsa academy taught by Latin American-born instructors who grew up immersed in the culture of salsa and social dance. They share this lived experience through classes, workshops and events designed for all levels.
