These sessions are not professional technical support meant to diagnose or repair nonfunctioning equipment. They are not for filling in online forms or resumes, dealing with sensitive data or giving advice that is above basic technical skills.
We will help you to the best of our ability, but we are not technical experts and our assistance has limits.
We will not provide advice on any sensitive data. Keep your passwords secure to protect your private information. Be aware of the different risks in using technology.
We can help you with general questions about the functionality of your device, or assist you to use apps for social media, video calling etc., but there are some things that are beyond what our service can provide.
