On the other hand, if museums are more of interest, there are a number of museums around Perth and WA to visit. In addition to the Museum of Western Australia in the city, there are several smaller museums. Wanneroo Regional Museum displays examples of early life in Western Australia. The Aviation Heritage Museum provides a unique museum experience of civilian and military aviation. Similarly, if you love cars The Motor Museum of WA boasts a must see collection of vehicles. For a more quirky experience, why not visit The Museum of Natural History and Academy of Taxidermy? See huge animals up close or take the grandkids to visit the dinosaur statues.
For those who are more artistic, why not have a day out at a pottery cafe?
