Discovery outbound – Festive film

City of Joondalup Libraries’ Discovery Outbound program offers a wide range of activities and excursions for adults aged 50 and older.

Enjoy an evening under the stars and trees at Telethon Community Cinemas at ECU Joondalup Pines watching The Holdovers.

From acclaimed director Alexander Payne, The Holdovers follows a curmudgeonly instructor (Paul Giamatta) at a New England prep school who is forced to remain on campus during Christmas break to babysit the handful of students with nowhere to go.

Parking is available at ECU Joondalup Car Parks 14 and 8. Gates open 6.30pm, screening starts 7.45pm.

Refreshments are available for purchase at venue or bring your own picnic (no BYO alcohol).

• Adult $10
• Concession (City of Joondalup residents only) $5

Adult tickets are available to any adults aged 50 and older. Only City of Joondalup residents who hold a valid WA Seniors, Commonwealth Seniors Health or Pensioner Concession card may purchase Concession tickets.

Cancellations and refunds:

A program will only be cancelled if there are insufficient enrolments received one day prior to the event or due to factors beyond the City’s control. No individual refunds or credits will be given for general non-attendance.
