Fairlane Concerts 2025
Join us at Fairlanes Apartments for a fun-filled evening with a series of 3 live concerts!
These amazing bands will have you dancing and singing along to all your favorite classics. Bring a picnic blanket or low-back chair, relax, and enjoy “Tunes on the Terrace.” Food and drinks will be available from nearby vendors, plus free gelato from That Little Gelato Cart for every event attendee!

Friday 7 February – Savvy the Band
Savvy is a skilled group of Perth musicians, known for their smooth tunes and energetic performances. They’ll set the perfect vibe, letting you relax and enjoy the show.
Friday 7 March – Howie Morgan Trio
The Howie Morgan Trio blends jazz, rock, and everything in between, highlighting Howie’s versatile talent. Since releasing *Songs From The Lounge* in 2007, he’s opened for acts like Simply Red and Kate Ceberano. Whether solo or with a full band, Howie’s dynamic performances never fail to impress.
Friday 4 April – The Cold and the Beautiful
The Cold & The Beautiful is a six-piece band formed in 2020 by a collection of friends who love music in all its forms. They play a diverse range of covers from Paul Kelly, INXS, The Cure, Bowie, Beatles plus a few surprises.
