City of Bayswater Finish Line Festival
Join support crews and spectators in welcoming competitors over the finish line of the Avon Descent.
Find the best viewing points along the river to catch all the action as paddlers and mini jets all race towards the finish line. Enjoy a sensational day of free entertainment, kids’ rides and interactive experiences with RAC Helicopter and St John Ambulance.
Pick up a tasty treat from our food vendors and take a break from the day’s excitement in our quiet zone.
The City is working with GO2CUP and vendors to reduce single-use plastics at this event. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own reusable water bottles to fill at the water station and make use of their own reusable containers and cups.
Car parking, including ACROD parking will be available at Riverside Gardens with access from Milne Street. Additional bike racks will be available for those cycling to the event.
Dogs must be on lead during this free community event.
The City of Bayswater acknowledges Lotterywest as a major supporter of the Finish Line Festival.
