Trial Social Dancing at Melville LeisureFit. An introductory lesson to dancing for social events (wedding, party, etc). Attend alone or with a partner.
Act, Belong, Commit. Taking up dancing is a wonderful way to exercise to music, meet people and enjoy a social outing. Come along to Melville LeisureFit Recreation Centre and trial dancing. It will be a fun, easy and very well structured night with first-class quality tuition. The benefits of dancing include: reducing the risk of osteoporosis and heart disease, and it helps with stress. Dancing helps improve mental functioning, muscle tone and helps ward off Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia.
