Clean Up Australia Day at UWA
Join the UWA community for Clean Up Australia Day, a national initiative that brings people together to care for the environments we use every day.
Participants will meet at the Barbeque area between Uni Village Grocer and James Oval cricket nets at the UWA Crawley Campus.
All equipment, including gloves and bags, will be provided. Following the clean-up, participants are invited to stay and enjoy a BBQ lunch, providing an opportunity to connect with colleagues, peers and like-minded community.

- Arrival and registration at the meeting point
- Safety briefing and allocation of clean-up zones
- Campus clean-up activity
- BBQ and informal networking after the clean-up
This is a public event, open for all. Please wear comfortable clothing and closed shoes suitable for outdoor activity.
By taking part, you will be supporting UWA’s sustainability goals and contributing to Clean Up Australia’s nationwide efforts to reduce waste and protect local environments.
