Make Your Own Eggs Benny Station with a variety of ingredients like ham, smoked salmon, baby spinach, English muffins, hollandaise sauce.
Hot Buffet: Bacon, beef chipolatas, hash browns, homemade baked beans, sautéed mushrooms with garlic and herbs, grilled tomatoes with thyme, scrambled free-range eggs.
Cold Buffet: Fresh fruit selection, poached fruits, greek yoghurt, natural muesli, bircher muesli, mixed berry smoothies, chia pudding. Selection of cured meats and cheese.
