Create & Connect: An Art Workshop for Carers
Create & Connect is a joyful, low-pressure art workshop designed especially for carers who need a break, a laugh, and a way to have some creative fun. This session is all about switching off, socialising, and enjoying the simple pleasure of painting – no experience needed at all!
You’ll be guided step-by-step by a professional artist, who’ll help you create your own unique piece of artwork to take home. There’s no “right” or “wrong” here – just colour, creativity, and the freedom to express yourself in a supportive, friendly space. Along the way, you’ll have plenty of time to chat, connect with others, and enjoy the shared experience.
This workshop is about nurturing wellbeing through creativity, community, and taking pause; because carers deserve care too! Come as you are, have a go, and leave feeling lighter, happier, and proud of what you’ve created.
Morning tea will be provided.
