Join Amy Sloan from My Nonna Life for an inspiring workshop focused on reducing food waste and making the most of every part of your citrus harvest.

Learn how to grow healthy citrus trees, identify the varieties best suited to Perth’s climate, and discover practical ways to use citrus fruit from peel to pulp. Amy will share traditional preserving techniques and creative ideas for transforming surplus fruit and citrus scraps into delicious pantry staples and useful household products.

Through live demonstrations, you’ll learn how to make citrus marmalade, preserved lemons, citrus curd and other preserves, helping you reduce waste while getting more value from your homegrown or store-bought citrus.
