Northern Districts Bridge Club

The Northern Districts Bridge Club is affiliated to the Australian Bridge Federation and provides mainly retired people living in the northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia, with the opportunity to play competitive duplicate bridge in a relaxed, warm and friendly setting.

Thanks to the generosity of the Joondalup City Council the club operates from the recreational facilities at Seacrest Park, Seacrest Drive, Sorrento. Please click on Google Maps to find us. There is ample parking at Seacrest Park and you should enter from Seacrest Drive on the East side of the park. However please remember to park between the lines otherwise you may incur a fine for illegal parking in a council parking facility.

At present the club has two playing sessions each week. These are held on Monday and Thursday afternoons with play starting promptly at 12.30pm and finishing at around 3.30pm. Players are requested to be seated by 12.15pm. All sessions include a half time break when tea, coffee and biscuits are provided at no additional cost.

NDBC is a close and supportive group of bridge players and we wish to retain the unique atmosphere that exists in the club by not becoming too large and exceeding the capacity of the hall which is around 13 tables.

For the time being therefore our books are closed and we are not accepting applications for membership

Visitors are welcome and may play for the modest sum of $4.00 per session. However please note that Visitors may not play in red point events so please check the ‘Coming Events’ panel on this page which will list upcoming red point sessions. Additionally Visitors are generally limited to 6 sessions after which time they should apply for membership if it is available

Fees for 2018 are Full Members $15.00 and Associate Members $10.00. Table Money for members (both full and associate) remains at $3.00 per session for green point events and $5.00 for red. Please also be aware that a $20 nomination fee may be levied when applying for Full Membership as and when it is available
