Established in 1928, the Capel Golf Club was first situated on Tren Creek, then in 1931 moved to the Capel Race Course and finally to the present location in Stratham in1964. The Club is is open 7 days a week and allows Green Fee players at certain times.
Today, the Capel Golf Club is a relatively flat, 18 hole par 72 layout with bent grass greens and couch fairways.
