CREATIVE SOUL SESSIONS
It’s time to Relax, Create and Eat!
ART – FRIENDSHIP – FOOD
What more does one need!If you have not booked in to one of Creative Soul Sessions located in Kelmscott – it is a must for anyone looking for some me time or to unleash the artist within! Not only are these workshops artistically fulfilling – they truly are jam packed full of nourishing goodness for the heart and stomach.
There is something for all ages, tastes and the best part – you don’t need any skills/talent or creative clue. Tick, tick and tick for we creatively challenged folk! From the moment you step into the eclectic and vibrant space – for lack of a better cliché – you are welcomed with nothing but good vibes and fun times. Sandy and Pete are not only uber talented, but the most gracious hosts. It feels like visiting great friends in their home.
We recently attended a paint pouring workshop and from the moment we stepped in the door to when we left it was non stop laughs, joy and a real eagerness to tuck in and whet the creative whistle.
You can’t help but instantly fall in love with the surrounds, comradery and of course with Sandy and Pete. Sandy’s clear and simple instructions along with her borderline saint like level of patience – was the defining factor of our end product masterpieces – of which there were many!
This is a warm, jovial space where you really can relax and enjoy, thanks to such kind, calm and organic tutelage. Combined with Pete bustling about amongst the action and behind scenes serving, prepping, encouraging and just generally sharing his sunny effervescence – it felt like an arty version of a spa pamper session for the right brain. If this all wasn’t enough of a gorgeous sensory overload – midway through our session we were invited into the delightfully decorated “café” section of the studio for a most delicious feast! Not only is Sandy an art connoisseur – she is also a wizard in the kitchen (impressive little fact – she was invited to a return audition on Master Chef!). Our food was fresh, soooo tasty and abundant! I informed her of my gluten intolerance and she not only whipped up the most mouth watering pizza – but did so from scratch. No store bought cardboard crust substitutes here. I did not share. I ate the lot like a glutton. Nom.
Why not make it a social affair! Choose from Pizza and Wine nights, High Tea and Cakes, or Grazer and Bubbles. Click here for these amazing options. And for assorted workshops running throughout the year – click here for Paint Pouring, Alcohol Inks, Paint Pouring On Cheese Platters,Macrame,

Be sure to check out their website and Like their social handles to keep up to date with what’s on. I cannot praise this lovely little business enough. Perfect for a fun night out with friends, an artistic afternoon over bubbles and a great way to get into a creative flow while meeting new people. Highly recommend!
