Living Longer Living Stronger™
An affordable, high quality strength training program for the over 50s.
Endorsed by the Council of the Ageing, the Living Longer Living Stronger program is designed to improve health, fitness and quality of life. Held in our multi-purpose room, participants complete individualised exercise programs as part of a group session. A great opportunity to socialise while improving your health and well-being.
A water based group fitness program designed for the over 50s.
Fab 50s incorporates strength, flexibility, cardiovascular and stretching exercises using water resistance and water based equipment. Classes are held in the semi-enclosed leisure pool.
Water walking is an excellent aerobic workout and a wonderful way to keep active if you’re nursing an injury.
Try deep water walking in the outdoor pool using one of our buoyancy belts or shallow water walking in the leisure pool where the lane depth is constant.
