Private swimming lessons for adults are available for swimmers seeking 1:1 and 1:2 attention. Our private swimming lessons are ideal for both beginner and advanced swimmers, offering intensive and individualised training tailored for your specific needs and objectives. This learning environment is ideal for new swimmers with little experience or advanced swimmers looking for coaching to develop stroke performance, efficiency and endurance for fitness focused swimming.
Group Adult Swimming Lessons
Adult group lessons help develop confidence, strength and skills through water safety techniques and stroke improvement. Lessons are conducted in a friendly and encouraging atmosphere with experienced and fully qualified instructors. Adult group lessons form part of our weekly Learn to Swim timetable.
