About HBF Stadium pools
HBF Stadium pools are built to cater for high-performance use. As a member or casual user you get access to the same elite facilities as world-class swimmers. Our geothermal heating system ensures the pools are heated to 27ºC all year round.
Recent upgrades to our outdoor change rooms and toilet facilities have resulted in greater comfort with more room and an improved layout, including family change rooms for parents and young children. Throughout the pool hall and change rooms censored LED lighting systems and shower timers are used to reduce our carbon footprint and water usage.
All pools have the capability to install 25m metre movable booms to ensure lanes are available during peak times. HBF Stadium pools are accessible for people with disabilities.
Swimming is a fantastic full body workout. Its low impact nature make is a perfect option for cross-training or recovery purposes. Swimming is also a great competitive sport, with swim meets and competitions regularly occurring at HBF Stadium.
The ability to swim is a real necessity for all Australians, particularly given our water loving lifestyle. At HBF Stadium we have comprehensive swimming programs including lessons for adults, children and even aquatic group fitness classes. Our swimming lessons are offered to adults and children as private or group classes, catering for a wide range of abilities. Run by knowledgeable and experienced teachers, we ensure improved technique, safety and enjoyment in the water.
