This program is an affordable, high quality, individualised and results orientated program with scientifically proven strength training programs in the long term.

The Living Longer, Living Stronger program has a tiered health system based on your health and fitness needs. We offer Tier 1 or Tier 2 programs to improve health, wellbeing and independence.
