Books on Wheels
People who are physically unable to visit the library may be eligible for a library delivery service. We deliver books, magazines, talking books, large print and many other items that are available for loan. Please phone your local library to ask about this service.
Workshop and Author Evenings
The libraries put on several workshop and author evenings aimed at adults and seniors. These workshops range from technology through to experts giving advice and tips on a range of topics. Author Evenings are set up allowing our residents to meet and greet. They get to listen to the persons putting pen to paper and get copies of their latest book to purchase and / or signed.
