By making plans that cover your care, lifestyle, health and finances, you can work out what you want and make things easier on those around you. Join us for a free community workshop with Palliative Care WA on end-of-life planning – how to get started, what documents you need and how to talk about your wishes with your family, loved ones and health care providers.
