Autumn Feast
Celebrate the flavours of Autumn with a free nutrition and cooking workshop.
This workshop explores the benefits of seasonal eating and includes hands-on cooking of fresh, spring-inspired meals. Come along to connect, cook, and enjoy nutritious food together in a supportive environment.
What’s included:
- Group cooking session using [season] produce
- Meal tasting and take-home recipes
- Money saving tips
- All ingredients and equipment provided
This is a free event for ages 18+. Bookings are essential and will open Wednesday 28 January 2026.
