Older age may involve complex decisions about medical and healthcare, finances, and lifestyle. Planning ahead empowers people to make choices about who can make decisions for them, in the event they are unable to do so for themselves.
This presentation will explain legal documents including Enduring Power of Attorney, and Enduring Power of Guardianship.
It will cover important information to be considered before drafting advanced planning documents, and tips to safeguard your rights against the risks involved.
Following this presentation there will be a social gathering to connect with others and enjoy a light afternoon tea.
