Clean Up Australia Day 2026
Clean Up Australia inspires and mobilises communities to improve and conserve our environment, eliminate litter and end waste. Help keep the City of Joondalup litter-free. Join the City in a community clean up on Clean Up Australia Day 2026.
Event details:
Sunday March 1 2026
8.30-10.30am
Whitfords Nodes Park -meeting point is near the ninja course – look for the City of Joondalup signage.
- 8.30am – welcome (register, meet and greet, collect equipment)
- 8.40am – commence litter collection (park, coastal path and beach)
- 9.30am – return to meeting point and separate litter (for auditing)
- 10.15am – refreshments.
All equipment will be provided for participants – gloves, buckets, bags, litter pickers, first aid kit, sharps container etc.
Please bring with you:
- water bottle
- reusable coffee cup
- weather-appropriate clothing
- enclosed shoes.
