Are you looking to cut down on food waste in your kitchen? If you love food, are a cooking enthusiast, or passionate about sustainability, then this drop-in workshop is for you!
Join waste educator Laura Monisse for an engaging drop-in session about reducing food waste in the kitchen and learn practical things you can do in your own home.
Together, we’ll make:
- Citrus peel vinegar
- Carrot top pesto
- Scrappy fruit kvass
- Scrappy vegetable stock
This will be an interactive session. You’ll have the opportunity to see and help make each of the above, complete a checklist of things you can do at home to reduce food waste, check out effective food storage techniques, and more.
