Diabetes WA – Community Info Session
Whether you were diagnosed recently, have lived with diabetes for some time or interested in learning more about diabetes, this is your chance to chat, ask questions, learn about the latest information on diabetes, and get new tips to help make life a little easier.
Join Diabetes WA for a free community information session. This session provides an overview of what happens in the body of someone with diabetes, gives tips on prevention and management of diabetes, including the annual cycle of care, as well as an overview of the National Diabetes Services Scheme.
The session is suitable for those that would like to learn more about diabetes, who may me at risk of diabetes, and those who are living with diabetes.
A tasty and healthy free morning tea is included!
