🐦 Discover the Birds of Broz Park – Special Guided Walk & Book Launch
Take a leisurely stroll through the stunning Broz Park wetland with passionate bird enthusiasts and wildlife photographers Rachel and Mike Green. Over the past two years, they’ve explored this hidden gem and recorded more than 63 native bird species—from Australia’s tiniest, the delightful Weebill, to the wetland’s largest guest, the impressive Australasian Pelican!
On this special walk, you’ll learn how to spot and identify some of these incredible feathered locals, all while enjoying the peace and beauty of one of Helena Valley’s most treasured natural spaces.
We’ll also be celebrating the launch of Rachel and Mike’s brand-new Guide to the Birds of Broz Park—and the best bit? Everyone gets a free copy to take home!

- Ways to bird-watch so you find the most birds
- How to identify birds around the wetland.
