Djilba Gems: from Flowers to Flying Kangaroos presented by Simon Cherriman

August 28 @ 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm
Free

As rain systems become less frequent, the landscape brightens both with finer weather and the variety of vibrant wildflowers (especially wattles Acaciaspecies) that are now blooming. Kangaroo joeys start emerging from pouches, birds of prey including eagles, kites and falcons are nesting, and the occasional reptile may be seen basking in patches of sun. Join local wildlife ecologist Simon Cherriman for the fourth in this series of environmental information sessions around the Six Seasons.

Bookings are essential for this free event via Humanitix. Light refreshments will be available. You are encouraged to bring your own keep cup for tea/coffee or water.

Please let us know if you have accessibility requirements.
