Energy Saving Tips for Households

This free workshop is open to anyone who has an interest in energy efficiency and saving money on their power bills. You’ll learn:
- how to save energy, cut costs, and reduce your environmental impact
- why saving energy is essential for both your budget and the planet
- how much energy is typically used in your home and where
- how to read your electricity bills
- how making your home energy-efficient can help you maximize the benefits of your solar panels
- how to use an energy efficiency kit to audit your home, available to borrow from many libraries and Community Resource Centres across Western Australia from March. To view a list of participating libraries head to the Switch Your Thinking website or contact your local library directly.
This workshop is organised by Switch Your Thinking as part of the Energy Efficiency Pilot Program (EEPP).
