With a passion for food as rich as her Vietnamese heritage, Kim brings together the flavours and stories that have shaped her journey from Vietnam to Australia.
Since migrating in 2005, she has beautifully blended her cultural roots with her Aussie experiences, creating a culinary style that’s both heartfelt and unforgettable.
Guided by Aisha’s energy and charm, guests will savour an evening filled with connection, and mouth-watering Vietnamese cuisine.
Blending delicious food with heartfelt storytelling, Food Safari invites the community to connect, share, and celebrate culture creating space for understanding and appreciation of each other’s journeys, both the joyful and the complex.
