
Intermediate Tai Chi

The Intermediate session will focus on the Chen Tai Chi 13 Posture Routine. This class is suitable for students who have some previous Tai Chi experience and would like to deepen their practice. The 13 Postures help develop core strength, balance, coordination, agility and body awareness, while also improving relaxation, breathing and mindful movement.
The session will build on the foundations from the regular class, with more detailed work on posture, weight shifting, footwork and smooth transitions.
We kindly ask that you only attend the intermediate session if you have previously completed a beginner’s Tai Chi program or have prior Tai Chi experience.
