Know your rights as an Older Person (Seville Grove)
Do you want to know how to plan for the future?
At this session Elder Rights WA will present on:
- Who can make decisions about medical and health care, finances, and lifestyle if unable to do so for yourself
- Explanation of legal documents including Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA) and Enduring Power of Guardianship (EPG)
- Important considerations before drafting advanced planning document
Advocare will also be sharing information about the work they do and services they provide:
• Accessing aged care assistance
• Staying safe and independent at home for longer
• Companionship from Advocare’s volunteer program
• Connecting with essential services
• Identifying elder abuse and addressing any concerns
These sessions are for adults.
