Wise Women Workshops are free monthly sessions for women over the age of 45. These casual sessions involve presentations and discussions on a variety of topics such as well-being, mindfulness, heart health and assertive communication. It is held on the last Tuesday of the month from 5.30-7.30pm at the Cockburn Health and Community Facility.
