All Abilities Strong for Life offers adaptable, low-impact strength and movement sessions designed for adults of all ages and abilities, including people with disability, those new to exercise, and anyone returning after injury. Led by a qualified physiotherapist, exercises are modified to support different abilities and goals. Accessibility: ACROD parking Standard accessible toilets
Chair Yoga is back by popular demand! These low-impact classes have been specially designed for seniors in our community, providing a welcoming and relaxed environment where you can improve your wellbeing, learn new skills, meet others, and enjoy a positive shared experience.
Experience the joy of movement in a Lifespan Seated Dance class - good for your body, your brain and your wellbeing! Endorsed by Dance for Parkinson’s Australia, these classes are led by trained professional dance artists, and incorporate movement that begins seated and works progressively to standing (where suitable for each individual).
