Lunar New Year: Bak Kwa Cooking Class
Join us for a hands-on-cooking experience and learn how to make Bak Kwa (Chinese pork jerky). This sweet and savoury delicacy is made from thinly sliced or minced pork, marinated in a flavourful blend of soy sauce, sugar, and spices, then grilled to perfection.
This is a free event for ages 18+. Bookings are essential and will open 12 January 2026.
