Mindful Art with Cat Cronin @ Clarkson Library – Week Three
Join local life Coach & Artist Cat Cronin and participate in a small group workshop series with a choice of activities aimed to nurture your inner strength. Find out the best ways to improve your self-worth and build your confidence. Practice simple art techniques to support mindfulness. Each session will be welcoming and targeted to suit the group member’s needs.
This series will run on 24 June, 1, 8, 15, 22 July
If you are available for all sessions please book for each week. New participants only please.
Target audience: Adults (women only)
Dress code – comfy clothes that are paint spill friendly
