Palliative Care Information Session – LGBTIQA+ Community
When a partner, friend or loved one becomes very unwell or is approaching the later stages of life, you often need to make important decisions.
Everyone has different ways of talking about end-of-life concerns, some talk openly, while others may find it difficult.
We want to hear from the LGBTIQA+ community, your needs and what matters most to you.
Umbrella Multicultural Community Care and Palliative Care WA are undertaking this project to understand and needs of your community and ensure information is provided in a clear and accessible way.
